Initial consultation (individual)- In person
At Purposeful Eating RD we will do a nutrition assessment to get to know more about you, this will include a body composition assessment using the Inbody 120 scale, we will look at your medical history and analyse your blood results (if you had recent bloods done or we will recommend specific blood tests if necessary) and do a diet history so that together we can work on diet changes that will best suit you and set you up for long-term success. During this consultation we will also provide dietary guidelines and nutrition recommendations.

If you have already had an initial consultation with us and would like on-going support and motivation, then this consultation will help to keep you accountable and address any difficulties and barriers to reaching your nutrition goals. During this consultation we will reassess your body composition, evaluate your diet history and help you to set new goals.
